Payments & Refunds

  1. Payment Options

    • We accept Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Cards.

    • Afterpay is available via invoice (with an additional processing fee).

  2. No Refund Policy

    • All retainer fees, deposits, and payments are non-refundable, even if you cancel or fail to show for your appointment.

    • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss adjustments. We aim to ensure every client leaves happy.

Shop Items Return & Refund Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds:

    • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.
