At SlayStation, we are committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and safe environment for all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and the best experience for everyone, please review our salon policies before booking your appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Booking Policies
Appointments
All appointments must be made online through our booking system.
No same-day appointments are allowed; please book at least 48 hours in advance.
Clients must create a Client Profile to facilitate rescheduling or cancellations.
Deposit Requirement
A $20 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Payments can be made via Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card. Afterpay is available via invoice (additional processing fee applies).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.
Cancellations within less than 72 hours or failure to show up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
You may transfer your deposit once if you reschedule at least 3 days before the original appointment.
No-Show Policy
A no-call/no-show will result in being banned from booking future appointments and charged 50% of the reserved appointment price.
Please keep communication open in case of delays or emergencies.
Salon Etiquette
Arrival & Waiting
Please wait in your car until your appointment time. We will notify you when we are ready to serve you.
We ask that you arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed as scheduled.
COVID-19 Precautions
If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, please reschedule your appointment and wear a mask if entering the salon.
For the safety of our team and clients, masks are required if you've been exposed to illness.
No Guests Policy
To maintain a calm and focused environment, no additional guests (including children) are allowed during your appointment unless they are receiving services.
Hair Preparation & Service
Hair Condition Requirements
Your hair must be detangled prior to arriving for your appointment.
All services include a shampoo and blowout unless stated otherwise.
Relaxed hair is not eligible for Loc services. We only work with natural textures.
Hair Length Requirements
Hair must be at least 3 to 4 inches long (depending on texture) for most Loc services.
Quality & Time Consideration
Please avoid booking an appointment on a day when you're crunched for time. Quality cannot be rushed, and we want to ensure your style is executed to perfection.
Emergency & After-Hours Appointments

We will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability.
After-Hours Fees
Emergency appointments booked before 9 AM, after 5 PM, or anytime on Saturday - Monday will incur additional fees:
$50 up-charge for styles priced under $100.
$100 up-charge for styles priced over $100.
